10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of these Terms.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kc4444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11.3 Waiver
